What does this device do?

Hi, it basically takes the audio from your computer via USB and converts it to a SPDIF signal, at the same time it is reducing the amount of jitter that is present. It is output to your Dac via either I2s, AES/EBU (Balanced) or Coaxial digital.  It is a major sonic improvement.

Sorry I took so long to respond. 14 hour work day......
I also have a Signature Overdrive Dac, I had Steve do the Turbo Clock upgrade so I no longer need the Offramp. There is absolutely nothing wrong with it, it still sounds amazing. I highly recommend it, it will improve your system without a doubt.

Maybe because the present Off-Ramp 4 with Turboclock is $1499 new, and Steve says it doesn't need the upgraded regulators.
