Yeah changed it!
Anyway, I have been putzing with leaving the Bryston BP-26 volume at 100% ON and using the volume of the tube buffer at tiny level.
It really makes the sound open up and way more 'alive' just way better PRAT. (curious the volume is great anywhere from 3 o'clock position to full on at 5 oclock..)
I hate leaving the BP-26 volume at 100% due to if anything in the tube buffer went KaBOOM I would be blown across the room!
But it is just so damn good sounding! (better realism, better dynamics.. usually I have the BP-26 volume down around 9 o'clock and it sucks a little having to be so low)
(along with the extra wing off the bass side of my Magnepan 3.6s
The wing is just a 5 inch wide 6 ft tall oak board stuck on the original side panel. The wing gives a great improvement in bass lower mids)
(Yeah I totally changed this post as it was a stupid post anyway i should never have made. Now at least it means SOMETHING, at least to me..)
