Nice deal.  Was looking at Projection Central yesterday for the secondary basement system.  I suspect with CEDIA next month, there may be more of these bargains before many of the new projectors get announced.

I just bought an lcd projector that gets compared to the mitsubishi often, the epson 8350.  So far I can't find any issues with it.

All the reviews prefer the dlp mitsubishi hc4000 though.

its a good time to be shopping for a budget friendly projector. price & performance for 1080p has come a long way recently.

I am really torn with the secondary basement system projector.  My main system has high end audio integrated with HT and I have a BenQ W5000 projector (on a 100 inch screen) I'm fine with.  I have a 55 LED in the secondary bedroom system.  I went on the lower end about 3.5 years back with a 720p LCD in the basement system as it basically got used for daytime sporting events on HDTV on weekends.  I recently upgraded much of the stuff and have 8.1 down there.  I get torn between grabbing something 1080p nice and just waiting (it is not a rush) and doing 3D down there to have something different from the other systems.  I guess I'll wait until CEDIA announcements next month and think about it.
