About 14 yrs ago I gave a TT away to my father inlaw, It hadnt been used in a long time.
I bought it in about '86 if memory serves. He is big into audio and owns close to 1000 albums.
About 5 yrs ago I re-caught the audio bug and began to put a system together again.
I have nice gear now, a respected CDplayer (Raysonic) and it sounds beautiful on my system.
But....this vinyl thing keeps popping up and in the last yr or so I've been wanting to try it again.
My Father inlaw buys a new TT (Soundek) and asks if I want to have the old one back......Yes!
We live about 800miles apart and he is coming up for their yearly visit, bringing the old TT back
and bringing me a few albums to get started with...
Its a linear tracking NEC P580LE
Cant really remember to much about it, I know its not high quality, but its a start.
Can anyone tell me anything about it....or if they have experience (good or bad) with it?
