Given the number of audio companies that have poor customer service, well, GIK isn't one of them. They are readily accessible even if you have to wait a day or so for an e-mail and most of the time, they get back to me immediately. My order was made nearly 3 weeks ago and given the volume of the order, the delivery was quick and without hassle. Christina is a gem of gal, is very easy to work with, and a great addition to the GIK team. Glenn is the back bone that started it all, while Bryan is the acoustical consultant extraordinaire that ties it all together.
Yesterday, I was in receipt of:
5 Art Panels
2 Tritraps
1 Monster Trap
2 244 panels
16 Grid Fusors
2 QRD diffusors
All arrived in pretty much excellent condition via a freight carrier. My team and I are now getting together to install many of these treatments in the new audio/ht room. In addition, Bryan has been very instrumental in my goal of designing the ultimate ht/audio room from the ground up. More details to follow with pictures of the entire construction either on this circle or the HT or Room Acoustics circles. There is a LOT more to this room than just the room treatments!
