I have a perfectly functioning pair of these wonderful sounding amps. They near mint visually, with factory boxes.

My friend is interested in buying them. He's not a close friend, so I don't need to give him any special breaks, but I will be fair.

Does anyone have any idea what a fair price is?

That is on the high side by comparison tho the seller says they are mint.  I used to drive Acoustats with them and had a shoot out in house with a Rowland 2 channel amp.  I can tell you that they are cut from the same cloth.  I had another competitor's popular amp from the day in the mix whose name I can't conjure up with more attack and detail but that sounded superflous by comparison.  The LO-7M's and the Rowlands are what I believe is called nowadays, musical.
