I picked up one of these in anticipation of the arrival of my subwoofer. Brian at RAD is working on a custom Tumult / HS500 monster for me. My Stereophile Test CD2 only goes down to 20Hz... that might not be enough.
Anyway, I remembered the correction factor table that folks have posted for use with the analog version of this... is this necessary with the digital version of Radio Shack's SPL Meter?
Lucio at tnt-audio wrote up a nice review of this meter, and didn't mention it (see
http://www.tnt-audio.com/clinica/spl-meter_e.html).
Also, does this pertain to A or C weighting?
I'll include the correction factor, pasted in from one of Marbles' posts at HD for reference.
Thanks in advance for the help.
