Thanks Jon for the good article. One curious thing about it. He didn't use the Rev 2 of the LCD-2! Makes you wonder what his opinion would be if he used the Rev 2.

Good fine Jon.

I have looked on other head fi forums, and some that owns both the HE-500 and the LCD2 Rev,2, says they listen to the LCD's the most. The only fault I find with the LCD2's is that once I start listening, I don't want to take them off. I need to get to bed earlier than 1 am.

Stax 009 at $5600 had better sound the best. The electrostatic amp that pushes these the best will run about the same or more. I hope someone has this set-up at the RMAF next month. It will be fun to listen to.
