So is the full replacement for M451 owners who wanted to upgrade from thier originally shipped Virtue caps? There is an option for the sensation to ship with sonicaps and to add on the platinum bypass caps for $45. So is the $110 option even necessary for a newly shipping Sensation amp?

The Virtue Audio folks can chime in, but $45 adds platinum bypass caps to the full range Sonicaps.  $110 includes Sonicap caps for the bypass 80 Hz above range & tie-in to platinum bypasses.
