Do you mean to say iTunes (or as an iPod, i.e local music to your iPad)? The iTunes music database is not an iPad app, it sits on a laptop or Mini. If you are using your iPad to access an iTunes database then you are using the Apple remote app...something that can also be done on an ipod or ipod touch, yes. However, if you are using your iPad as a large iPod (i.e the ipod app) then no, it is local music on your ipad and not remote controllable via an iTouch or ipod unless you wanna try a screen sharing VNC app I guess, although I'm not sure the ipad screen can be seen via the network like a laptop or server screen.
So first please explain your use of "iTunes".
