Here are my builds -- I'm thrilled with the outcome.  Truly audiophile-grade components for small $$.

My question is, should I add a ground wire between the Bugle and PS?

Yes, you must have a ground connection, otherwise the +/-15V floats.

Thanks - I added the ground connection to the Bugle.  I also made some safety mods to the PS.  Here's the finished setup, with the Bugle and Piccolo running off of the PS.  It sounds excellent and I'll be shopping for a nice LOMC cartridge next.
