Reading the documents, I've seen that the Bryston BDA-1 Outboard DAC use a different CS dac chip (CS-4398) than the B100 amp DAC stage (CS43122), any reasons for using different dac chips ?
Do it is because one of them do have an upgrade of the dac chip compared to the other ?
