It still sounds good. This one was modded by Douglas Jessie of Reference Audio Mods in Michigan. It has a Volex power chord hard wired and is heavily damped w/ string caulk. This model was "the" cheap CD player a few years back. Original box and instructions, includes remote. Very warm and musical.
