I'm thinking about ordering the True Audio System 3 RTA. I have both a Dell laptop (about 3 years old) and a Macbook (about 1 year old). The Macbook is in my system as my CD player (with Ayre QB9 DAC). The RTA system seems complete, but I'm wondering what else I would need. I'd also like to be able to project the RTA displays onto my plasma screen between the speakers so that I can monitor the results of my real-time diddling without too much running around. Is this a good RTA system? What should I watch out for in using it? Which computer should I use?
