Paul Grzybek at TAD--Tube Audio Design is easy to work with and does great work.  I've owned his TAD-60 tube integrated (miss it) and his customer service was excellent.  He's done Fisher tube restoration work for years.  Check him out currently at: http://www.tubeaudiodesign.com/ and web search under "Bizzy Bee" for more info on his previous Fisher work.
