You're all braver than I am.  I listened to about two minutes of the Comfortably Numb cover and have been unable to muster the courage to listen to any of the "competition" that's been posted.

The thing I really loved about the Comfortably Numb cover was the complete lack of regard for synchronization between the band.  The drummer's playing at a changeable rate, which is never the same as the bass player's speed, and this is different again from the tempo that the singer seems to be generating randomly as he goes along.  Despite this, there's a moment in which the guitarist chimes in on backing vocals, somehow adopting exactly the same changeable tempo as the vocalist.  I have no idea how this was possible - but it's almost as though the guitarist and vocalist share the same mind.

If this is the case, I have to give them credit - they do a fairly decent job while operating only with half a brain each.
