With the introduction of their new G series these processors are selling at steep discounts. Any comments would be appreciated. I listen primarily to music and use an HTPC as my front end.

If your listening preferences is music & then HT- grab a 568.2. I owned one briefly and loved its' trifield' mode. If your set-up has good front 3 speakers-I am afraid you might not go back to 2 Ch again

568.2 has been compared to Lexicon MC-12 and Krell HTF 7.1 and has equalled or bested them sonically.

If you can get one <$2900 go for it! Maybe you can ask around (AVS forum) and borrow one to play with it in your system.
