I tend to go nuts when I buy tubes.    I order a bunch of different brands and vintages every time I get a new piece of gear so I can find the right combo to get the kind of sound I like.

I'd like to get some of my money back out of all the tubes I've bought.  Actually, ideally, I'd like to get all of my money back and then some out of these :)  But that's the cost of tryingAll tubes are either NOS, or slightly used after I bought them NOS, or good measuring and sounding used items.

12AU7 variants:

Qty 4 (2 pair) - RCA 5963 - longer grey plates - these were used tubes when I bought them, but tested very strong.  I tried them in the Belles VT-01 preamp that needs a quad of 12AU7 variants and loved them.  Not quite the open midrange of the earlier black plate vintages, but very very close.  $15 per pair...

Qty 2 (1 matched pair) Mullard ECC82 - these were NOS when I bought them.  Typical Mullard characteristics, although I found these to have a bit more pep than a typical Mullard.. which is definitely a good thing.  I really liked them.  Very good detail and not "trying to be warm and sounding kind of dull" Mullard sound at all.

$70 for the pair of them plus shipping....

Tubes will be packaged well for shipping.  All sales final unless item arrives damaged or doesn't function.  I'll either swap it if I have more or give full refund including shipping to you and paying for return shipping back to me.  I've tested these tubes upon initially receiving them and/or have tested them in actual gear in the last year.  So everything should be fully functional as described... you know how (in some cases) nearly 70 year old tubes can be though....
