Bought two copies of Belle and Sebastian "Write About Love" from Matador records, 20% off, enough to cover postage so it was a good deal. Unfortunately, they sent only one copy, so I e-mailed and they sent the second. Unfortunately, the second had a sizeable scratch covering the first one and a half songs! So I e-mailed and they sent yet another (good) copy. No questions asked. Perfectly handled my problem order.

Thought I'd tell a good story since customer service with record albums (some companies and stores apparently not taking returns) has been spotty lately.

I found 2 places near by(within 1 hours drive) that sold new LPs and neither would take returns if you were not satisfied
So I didn't buy anything !!!
