Which L Pad dial is which on RM30?

Hi - I am just now setting up my first pair of VMPS speakers. Very excited! I don't see any labels around the dials for the L Pad to adjust mids and treble. Is the dial on the left for the mid and the one on the right for treble?

If you view the speaker from the back, the mid control is on the left, the treble on the right. The default (factory) settings are 12 o"clock for the mids and one o'clock for the trebles.

And it might be good to remind everyone (as it is not intuitive) that the BASS binding posts are the UPPER pair and the NEOPANEL/Tweeter binding posts are the LOWER pair.
