Spoiler Alert

Don't really have a problem with what Zuck did (as portrayed in the movie).  He should have told the Winklevoss twins he was doing his own thing, he should have been more upfront with his founding partner.

But the Winklevoss twins would never have done what Zuck was able to.  As I said, ideas are cheap.

As for his partner, he wasn't even participating in the execution of the business.  He was going back to school and running side businesses while everyone else was all in.

I think both these parties are lucky to have gotten what they got.

Zuck made these guys millionaires many times over.  He may have grudgingly handed over the cash and equity, but they've settled their lawsuits and the three guys that did almost nothing to make Facebook successful are big winners.

I can assure you that those early days is not what made Facebook succeed.  It was the huge amount of work and smart decision making as the company grew and matured that makes Facebook what it is versus say Friendster or Orkut.

My hats off to Mark Zuckerburg.

I don't think it was the ultimate decisions that made him out to be a dick, I agree with your conclusions there.  It was his arrogance and how he dealt with people that made him a dick, not the choices he made.
