Great work. Been there done that with 1.7i s.
I moded mine using my own plan. Not as pro looking as yours, but worthwhile results / cost.
I didnt like GRs mod of converting the 1.7i s from 3 way to 2 way. Read mixed results on it. Was that the mod for 3.7i too? Nice your happy with results.
Good idea you had doing AB new vs old. I burned the mod in 100 hours before 1st listen.
