Absoluely gorgeous veneer.   For the asking price, someone's getting a real deal here.  8)

Good luck in finding a local buyer.  :thumb:

Hey Jeff,

I'm not sure I've ever seen speakers with cabinets this solid and beautiful, with top of the line drivers including a subwoofer built-in for this kind of money.

Do you have a picture of the built-in subwoofer?  This is an amazing price for a pair of really beautiful speakers.  I heard the monitor version of these a long time ago and was very impressed.  They didn't have the low-end of your speakers or the cool cabinets but they sounded great.   :D

Cheers,

J

Have you thought about Audiogon?  These are nice speakers, maybe you need to cast a wider net.

Jeff
There is not much written about these speakers...

They are Tanzanite monitors with nice crossovers sitting on top of Whomp subwoofers, each powered by a 500w amp IIRC.  For HT use Rick Craig has a center channel called Sardonyx that will perform seamlessly with these...a couple Tanzanites with standard crossovers for rears and these would make for a very nice theater system.

Thanks for the assist Jack and Chris.  Been pondering audiogon but thought I'd give first dibs to my homies at a/c.

Wasn't pushing a sale too hard in the past, but it is time to drastically reduce the price and move them.
