50Hz

My SACD player is 50/60Hz compatible, as are all of my appliances here in Japan.  Is Odyssey gear also 50/60Hz compatible?  I'm not at home at the moment and cannot see the back panels of my Tempest and Monos, and the Odyssey site doesn't seem to list it.

Seeing how Hong Kong has an Odyssey dealer, your might want to ask them this question in an email here. :thumb:

So I rolled the dice and tried them out @ 100V/50Hz and they're fine.  Further, the hum/buzz I had at the old house with 100V/60Hz is completely gone.  Nothing but inky blackness, which is awesome! :thumb:
