There are Jolida JD9 preamps for sale on ebay direct from the Jolida factory in Shanghai, China. Sale ends Sunday. $279 includes shipping. I have NO affiliation with Jolida or the distributor. I just saw it on ebay and am passing it on..

Jolida-China do not have US distributor yet, then they are selling factory direct.  Good opportunity.
