Where can I get this knob?

Where can I get this knob?

From my Sencore tube tester.  It's 1 & 1/16 inch in diameter and 3/8 inch tall.  It fits a 1/4 inch D-shaft and has an allen set screw to hold it in place.  The top edge is coffin shaped.
