Its been recapped and calibrated by Terry Dewick, tubes replaced as needed.
Works 100%. Records in 2 trk, plays in 2 and 4. Can be used standalone connected to speakers (has its own amp) and it sounds quite good this way. or connect to Tape-in, Tape-out through your preamp. The only blemish is the broken FFWD bezel that broke off (its quite a brittle material). But the parts unit has one to be transplanted.
Price: 400.00 for both units plus shipping. Includes service manual (photocopy I bought thru ebay).
The good thing is that I have a second unit its carrying suitcase to use as a parts unit. This one also works well, except one peg that controls the tape travel needs to be secured better.
