I was able to obtain an extremely limited quantity of the most rarest of all military coax cables. It's the very best spec'd/tested cable for audio interconnects, bar none. I cannot use this in my regular production line, because of it's obscure nature and the fact that it's nearly impossible to find on the market.
I have enough cable to make 11 pairs of 1m audio interconnects. This will be on a first come, first serve basis and if anyone needs longer lengths, then in the end I'll be able to make even less pairs.
I will not give away the military designation code, but here are some specs:
19AWG solid core conductor made of extreme purity copper, silver plated and precision laser polished. The cable operates in the multiple gigahertz region.
Dual, braided extreme purity copper shield 94%/96%, silver plated.
Solid (not foamed) dielectric.
Extraordinarily consistent geometry.
50 Ohm
This cable is what state of the art is all about. I wish I could use it in my standard production, but unfortunately it's an incredibly esoteric product.
Best sonic description would be an absolute perfect 3D soundstage/imaging and shocking speed, dynamic range, transparency, and detail.
