I can't resist joining the club whose members sing the praises of these woofers, which are indeed wonderful if rather pricey.

The LMS-R 15" features 1000W power handling, 3" VC, 196oz magnet, 29mm Xmax and other goodies I find irresistable.  Driver weight is a hefty 43 lbs!

The TC upgrade is $200 for VSS subs and $400 on the 215 and LSW.  Highly recommended.  If you own VSS or LSW subs and want to upgrade, contact me for pricing.

I eyed that driver for months.  I have yet to see a driver that exceeds it's performance for anything resembling affordability---if at all. The upgrade is a great deal, because the 15"  in this case undercuts the parts express price for the 12"! I may have to look into this in the near future.

I should have said the 15" TC upgrade is $400 for the 215 and LSW and $200 for the VSS.  The LSW, of course, has an additional 12" woofer and that is a $300 upgrade in the TC.
A new PR (with Dynamat damping of the frame) is also required ($66).  Some owners of older versions can get trade-in credits, so contact me for information.

Brian, thanks for investigating the TC Sounds drivers.  I've been using a pair of thier 15's for about 4 years in my HT and am quite pleased.  As you've noted they can be pricey, but in the case of TC drivers, you do get what you pay for.  Are the passive upgrades also TC sourced?  Whatever they are, they have to have some serious displacement in order to keep up with the sub drivers.

I hope you can get some press on these, because it's hard to imagine that there are many other commercial designs that can approach the performance of your subs with TC drivers.
