2008 Tube Audio design Tadac, this is a tube dac, it has optical and coax inputs, rca/xlr outputs, headphone amp. The volume knob adjusts the volume on the headphone output and the rca/xlr outputs. It has the tubyness knob which allows you to adjust how much tube warmth you want, its a really great feature I really like. It also has phase switches which allow you to tweak the sound more to your liking. It uses two 12au7 tubes. The power cord and the manual are included. Let me know if you have any questions
