Gateway Get-to-gether

At the advice of his Holiness, THE BOB, I am starting a string to establish an opportunity for those of us who wish, to endeavor to actually meet face to face on a regular, planned or unplanned, basis.  Kind of like monthly or when-ever meetings we might have attended as Webelos'.  I am, without remorse, offering to host a first event.  BBQ.  BYO.  Except for beer and single malt.   :o I have a big grill, meat and those little umbrellas everyone likes.   :thumb:  Thoughts?  My cats have given me absolutely no clear direction on why my TT sounds like scuba gear....open to suggestions.  David

OK  Gatewayers,  How about the 27th of May?  A Thursday.  After humpday, but won't impede upon weekend duties.  Who's in?  I am one.  Two makes a date.  Well????

I might be able to make that.  (saturdays always being out for me.)
Appreciate the thought.  I'd love it, subject to how far away I have to drive.  :wink:

Thanks DF.  Refreshing.  Lets make it happen.  C'mon other guys.  If all who are interested throw out a couple dates, I'll put it on a spreadsheet and do a thorough statistical analysis.  I'll chart the probability curve and print it out large scale.  And throw a kitchen knife at it.  BAM.  We'll have a date!!! :icon_lol:  let's roll!!!  Best to all, David

Weekends tend to be a bit more 'normal' for the group but then again, I work about 5 minutes from your house on Clayton Rd so I could make it by at least for a couple of hours on a Thursday evening (assuming it started about 5 or so). If it were much later, I'd be about 50/50 on making it.



Hey Paul, if you do make it over, you really need to stop by and listen to some Pink Floyd in the i-Fi Chair. Its like nothing you've ever experienced before.  :thumb:

I'm game provided nothing else intrudes.  Makes no difference to me weekend or weekday evening.
