I have been around audio for a while, and am aware that Pioneer Elite did/does make some good stuff but - why do I get the feeling that this local deal is not much of a deal?

6K original price in 1992, and asking 5K?

Maybe in Japan buddy...

Generally in Canada audio gear is more expensive  :(
But still...they should be at half price.

Seems a typo to me, he type one extra zero, an fair price would be $500 dollars.
