I checked today and the nOrh website seems to have been finally updated

I do see an error - the Marble 9.0s are listed with Frequency response: 75Hz to 20,000 Hz, which is what the Marble 3.0s have.

The 9.0s are actually 33Hz to 20,000 Hz.

Yes, both the Wood 9.0 and the Marble 9.0 are listing the 3.0 specs, and listing the 3.0 features, including the single full-range driver.
 
I have very poor response viewing the site as far as page loading and in particular, scrolling.
