FS is my deHavilland Ultraverve preamp with the champagne faceplate and red lettering.  I am the 2nd owner, have has it since '07, bought it on the 'Gon.

It is in very good cosmetic condition but has one very small nick on the left edge of the faceplate.  Also, there are three screws missing from the casework; this is how it arrived to me from the original owner.  Operationally, it is perfect.  For those of you not familiar with this preamp, I will tell you that it does have some popping noises occasionally when turning down the volume control.  This is/was common with the original Ultraverve.

The preamp came to me with a Sylvania JAN-CHS-6SN7-GT with the bottom getter in it.  Overall, not a bad tube.  I also have another pair of these that are unused.  I also bought a Russian metal base 6SN7 with a 1578 designation marked on it that is far superior to the Sylvania's.  The person I bought all these tubes from on Audiogon, Paul Lindemann, believed this Russian tube to be superior to the Tung Sol round plate.  These tubes will be included with the preamp if my asking price is met.

Shipping is included.  OBM included.  Asking $1100.00 for AC members.  I have it listed on Audiogon at a higher price.  You can see my Audiogon feedback listed under "billspecfoc."  Thanks.
