This is an awesome sub but I have replaced it with two small, more WAF-friendly ones. I miss the great depths but not the whining .

This was purchased used on Audiogon. It is in overall good shape - being conservative I'd call it between 7 and 8 on the Audiogon scale. Some might think it deserves a full 8. As it is designed to be used in dark HT environs this is not an issue. It has the black felt covering in good shape.

Best I know this is the original model. It uses a 500w BASH amp (please correct me if I'm wrong). It's in perfect working condition and needs a good home where the owner can appreciate the strength and depth of the bass and not obsess about how it doesn't go with the curtains. We don't need no stinkin' curtains!

As I don't have the box I'll have to restrict this to N. Atlanta pickup or reasonable distance delivery. Terms cash only, no trades.

I'd love to get it but,

a couple of years ago my wife and I took a road trip to buy a set of speakers.  My wife deliberately was along just to visit our daughter, who was in college in the same city.  We walk into the guy's living room-a typical gearhead bachelor pad-and he has a giant 20-39 in one corner.  My wife turns to me and says "You're not buying THAT, are you?"

Someone should come up with a decent set of counters to the WAF problem.  Life would be so much simplier.
