I'm selling my cherry Peachtree Nova.

It is a replacement unit direct from Peachtree's David Richardson. It has the firmware update like the newest version shipping today which allows use of Airport Express units.

It comes with:

*Professional mod to BNC (have receipt from Pro Audio Repair in Tampa); it now has one extra digital input as the BNC plug is tethered off of input two. The input is housed on the backplate where a Sonos can go, AND the mod is completely reversible.

*(1) Siemens A-frame gold-pin tube 6922 , (1) Mazda E188CC gold-pin, (1) Amperex White label E88CC USA PQ

*Remote Control

*Manual

*Musiland Monitor 01 (with BNC & RCA coax outputs)

*10ft HOSA BNC cable

A+ condition, no original box as Peachtree did not provide one and I had lost my original. You can connect via RCA, Toslink, or BNC to do over 44kHz; USB is limited to 44kHz.

The only reason for selling is I don't need the amp in it (have a Gainclone for outdoor speakers, and I will take my office system DAC home to swap for this. The Musiland, as most here know, will allow you to easily get high resolution audio transported from your PC. IT just shows up as a sound device on all versions of Windows, even Windows 7 x64.

The BNC mod and the Musiland sound noticably better to me than stock input, especially on 24/96 material which I would have as either native 24/96 or upsampled by software on the PC (J. River). This package brings out out the best in the Sabre chip as implemented by SignalPath (Peachtree), and you have some premium tubes to roll for the toggle-able tubed output.

Pics to come.

1200 shipped obo.
