Ceiling mounted in a dedicated HT Room since new.  Factory refurb that was probably just an open box from AV Science. Non Smoking house and the filter kept clean.  Current bulb has 1100hrs and comes with 2 new bulbs.
All original packing/manual/remote. 
There is a tiny amount of primer splatter on the bottom(top when ceiling mounted) from some painting, but not on sides.

I can ship as I have the original double box, but buyers expense and its about 50lbs.  Prefer local pickup in Detroit or can meet up within a few hunderd miles since I am currently not working
Only selling as I upgraded to DLA-RS1200 right before I lost my job.
I am thinking $1000 but open to offers, not finding a lot of good sold examples
