I heard the dac at Rocky Mountain in the Jolida room.  It's very good for the price.

Can anyone confirm the output voltage is 3.1V peak-to-peak?  This would be about 1.1V RMS right?

Right now I have a NuForce uDAC which has a variable output, but I'm intrigued by the Jolida.  I just need to make sure the output voltage isn't too much for the 3V input limit on the amp I have (and unfortunately I can't get an answer on whether that 3V limit is RMS, peak, or peak-peak).

I ask about output voltage because another owner of the amp I use confirmed it doesn't work well with a Music Streamer DAC -which has a 2.25V RMS output.  Even at the lowest volume setting on the amp, he claimed the volume was hot.  Others have also confirmed that, when using sources with too high of an output voltage, at high volumes it  "overdrives" the input on the amp and causes distortion.  This has been seen with some cheaper CD/DVD players, as well as the Oppo DV-980H.

Is this DAC on their website?  I could not find any reference to it.
