Anyone know where I might be able to obtain an up-to-date schematic for a Cary SLP98P? I wrote to Cary asking for one because I am shopping for a used sample that would most probably be out of warranty, and I would want to work on it myself sooner or later. Unfortunately, Cary denied my request.
I'd also like to learn exactly what is done to make an SLP98 "direct coupled," which seems to be a popular option/modification. I am sure it means removing a coupling capacitor, but I have considered that there might be more to it than just that.
Any info anyone might have would be appreciated.
