Looking for some absolutely necessary cleaning products that won't break the bank. If there was one set of cleaner and brushes, what should I buy? Love to pick up a full vacuum rig, but it's too expensive right now. I do already have a hand held steamer.
Interesting cleaner maybe? Quick & Easy Wash. It's made for washing a car with only a gallon or two of water, and no rinsing. I've used it on cars, and it's pretty amazing. Lifts and suspends dirt, and then you just dry it off. It's anti static also. Don't know if it's safe for vinyl though. Looked for a list of chemicals used, but can't find anything.

I basically don't want to do any damage by playing uncleaned or poorly cleaned records. I read something saying you can permanently damage the grooves if playing some dirty records, or records that have been cleaned, but have a residue left behind.
