Hello everyone,
I recently obtained a nice set of Supravox 215 rtf 64 drivers (not the bicone). I'm using them in an open backed cabinet and they sound wonderful, but do need a tweeter. I've been using a set of the old realistic (fostex?) bullet tweeters sitting on top of my speaker cabinets, but would like to move to a ribbon tweeter. I've been looking at the Aurum Cantus G2 Ribbon Tweeter.
My questions: Is this a good match to the 97 db efficient supravox drivers? If I use a single capacitor to cross it, where should that be and what value cap do I need.
Crossovers (even a simple one like this) are all new to me.
