Sierra Nevada has some good offerings this year.  Their Harvest "Wet Hop" and "Fresh Hop" are both real nice.  I guess wet hop is the cool thing this year.
I read an article on the torpedo dealy in a homebrew magazine.  Real easy to copy (The torpedo not the brew).  We stuffed a cartridge type fiilter with hops and ran that inline to the keg after secondary.  Came out nice.

My new hoppiest favorite is Green Flash "West Coast IPA"

My current favorites by region are:

West Coast - Bear Republic Racer 5 IPA
Mid-West - Goose Island IPA, Three Floyds Alpha King
East Coast - Victory Hop Devil, Victory Hop Wallop, Dogfish Head 60 minute IPA

Lots of GREAT big beers in this thread!

My three personal favorites have all been mentioned:

STONE - Ruination IPA

Green Flash - West Coast IPA

Bear Republic - Racer 5

Any given day you can find at least one of them in my fridge.

Mr P mentioned some other excellent brews:
Goose Island IPA
Dogfish Head 60 minute IPA
(I'm keeping an eye out for the others...  especially the Three Floyds (I've heard that is exceptional))

Nearly all of the Bells Beers are excellent as well.

One that hasn't been mentioned that I enjoyed recently is this one:

I've only seen it in the 22oz. bottle.

Trader Joe's (around here at least) carries a couple of IPAs that are pretty good, less expensive and sold by the six-pack:

Mission Street - IPA

and ACME - IPA

both offer a reasonably big taste (not overwhelming) and are a couple of bucks cheaper than almost every other beer mentioned in this thread.

Well this new Dogfish is very interesting. Not real hoppy but couldnt find the other beer threads. Very dark brew like a stout but very smooth and flavorful. The alcohol (12%) although is high doesnt hit you like you would think, its quite smooth. But as the brew warms up there is a little brandy like finish. I enjoyed this a great deal, certainly worth the extra cash.

and the double (8%):

Years ago my fave beer, before the super-hopped brews were really abundant around these parts.

Here's another hop monster with a nice little kick (9%). Tasty and a touch of sweetness. Yum!
Dogfish Head 90 min Imperial IPA

This is my favorite IPA.  I will start with one of these and switch to their 60 min. IPA.
