I ran across this amp, originally made to drive the ButtKicker LFE transducers. It's a Class D amp with no fan, built-in xover and 1100 Watts @ 4 ohms mono. Has both RCA and 1/4 inputs.
I remember reading the ButtKicker transducers required some serious amplification, flat all the way down to 8 Hz so I wonder if this amp would do the trick with the VMPS Larger w/megawoofers. It can be had for as low as $400 which makes it very tempting. Does anyone know anything about this amp?
