Where is Klaus ?

Has somebody news from Klaus ? I wait my Tempest since Chritmas... :cry:

Despite my emails, I have no reply.   :?

It's not easy for me to call Odyssey. Please help !!!

He's building my Lorelei's!!   :mrgreen:

Generally lead time on their stuff is 2-6 weeks.  Did you order at Christmas or delivery was expected at Christmas.  I know the last time I talked to him he mentioned that he shut things down for a couple days at Christmas and New Year for the first time in a long time so he could spend time with the family.

I don't think I've ever gotten an email from Klaus.  Even if it's hard to call that's the only real way to get hold of him.

I also sent an email to Klaus regarding some upgrading question and no reply either. So I called him yesterday and was able to talk to him briefly. According to Klaus, his email is back logged and won't be able to catch up for several more days. He is a busy man, that is for sure :-)

Klaus is alive ! He replied me yesterday night.    :P
I should have my Tempest wednesday !!!     :D

He's up to his proverbial gumpstumps -:)  Talked to him briefly Friday night.  And I note his e-mail box is full rejecting new mail as he simply hasn't had time to get to it... yet.
