Just saw Anvil!The Story of Anvil. 
If you haven't heard about it, it's a documentary about an all but forgotten Canadian Metal band that 30 years after their 15 minutes of fame are still slugging it out and still trying to make it big. It's a funny and surprisingly touching story.

Finally got around to seeing this flick.  ‘The Story Of Anvil’ is all about hardcore perseverance and determination in the face of total shit for luck, bad breaks and poor management.  It is also reminiscent of Metallica's 'Some Kind Of Monster' in the sense of its honest portrayal of real people with real personalities dealing with hard issues. 

Rotten Tomatoes scores 'The Story Of Anvil' 98% on the Tomatometer with 123 fresh reviews averaging a score of 7.9 out of 10 and only 3 negative reviews out of 126 total.  So even if you are not much of a head banger, chances are you'll like this film.
