34 Strong RCA JAN-CRC-6V6GT Vacuum Tubes Black Plate - $350 (shipped in USA)
These are black plate, grey glass military 6V6s. 31 of these have dates codes from 1951, two have date codes from 1950 and one has a date code from 1948. The grey inner coating on most of these is still very opaque, but there are a small number where the grey has faded (see photo for the most faded of the group). Some of the bases are a little weather worn, some of the tubes are dusty and one tube is missing the guide pin, but these are simply cosmetic issues.
These tubes are part of a large group of military pulls I recently picked up. I have been selling most via Ebay, but I thought I would give these a try here as a group before splitting them up. These 34 tested the highest out of a somewhat larger group of these particular 6V6s.
These are for sale as a group only, unless someone wants to make me an outrageous offer to split them up. The purpose of this group sale is solely to save me time and energy. These are part of some tubes I am selling on consignment, and not part of the larger group of tubes I have for sale in another listing.
Please note that, due to travel schedule, I probably cannot ship before October 9, but I wanted to get this up and going. If the group does not sell shortly, I will split them up and start selling them via Ebay per my normal routine.
I tested all of these on my Hickok 752A, where the min is 575. Gm is 4X meter. I rounded off to the nearest 25 on the meter reading. The results came out as follows:
