For phase inverting preamps, which polarity would you put a Bybee on?

Big Red Machine

I have Bybees on my speakers on the negative lead at the positive speaker terminal, but am not sure that is negative or positive when the preamp inverts phase.

I was planning on only using the large Bybee on the positive terminal.  Whichever that is.

Anyone?

I'd ask Wayne about this....

Put it on the positive terminal. Regardless of the preamp inverting phase the XO in the speakers will have most of it's components on the positive leg.

Jack Bybee suggests using one on the positive and one on the negative.

I've run them both ways. Two is better, but I can't say that the sound difference is worth the cost difference. Only you can make that decision.

If you are running one, the positive lead is where I would use it.
