I posted already about my thoughts on maybe getting a pair of A/V3's, but as I read through the post I can't help but wonder about some of the other speakers. I'm looking forward to building a new set of home speaker cabinets and just want to get the best set up I can for the time and money I will put in to it.  I would really appreciate input on any key components that would make a difference on the finished system. Like I said in my previous post I have a pair of D-100 CIAudio amps and one of his passive pre-amps, probably gong to use his DAC set up and maybe a Wadia Itransport, but not sure on connects, wire etc. On another note the cabinets that Denny builds are awesome, love it when some one brings form and function together!

As far as set up goes, both of those speakers are about the same except for the tweeters. So everything else about them is going to be pretty similar. Obviously the N3 takes resolution levels up a notch or two.
