This is my personal amp, I built it myself and have used it since without a hitch. I hold a 2 year degree in electronics technology and worked for several years as a bench tech before breaking in to IT. So my electronic assembly and soldering skills should not be an issue for a prospective buyer. This build went perfectly, all voltages checked out and it has worked flawlessly from the first time I powered it up.
The kit is fully stock without upgraded components. I am supplying the tubes that came with it, and the RCA coin-base tubes that I installed shortly after I deployed it to my home office. I will guarantee it to work as designed upon receipt. If it arrives DOA just send it back and I will issue a full refund - but shipping it back is on you.
