The best sounding 300b monoblocks I've heard, with the exception of the uber audio notes, wavelengths, etc.. Super quiet and without the mushy bottom end and rolled off highs that lesser 300b designs typify.
So, if I love 'em so much, why am I considering selling them? Because my wife's job is coming to an end at the end of the semester and we need to do some belt tightening, so I'll be replacing the monoblocks and Minimax preamp with an integrated of some kind as I also need a bit more power for my 88 dB SD speakers.
These will come in original boxes with manuals, a pair of lightly used JJ 300bs (fairly decent for the money) the stock sovtek 5ar4s and EH 6sn7s, plus a very lightly used pair of russian 6h8c nickel base 6sn7 equivalents, which really shine in this amp. This amp also has the wonderful O-netics power and output transformers, which really give it it's sonic magic. Price will be $1100 shipped in lower 48 and no paypal fees.
